The "force_location_update" parameter is a boolean set to false by default. If set to true, the most recent Location of the Location Providers assigned to the Trackable will be re-processed. If this Location is more recent than the existing TrackableMotion, the Motion will be replaced. This eliminates the need to wait for the Location Providers to generate a new location_update and therefore update the position of the Trackable. Location data stored in the DeepHub will not be changed. Events will only be generated if an actual change occurs. For example, if the replaced TrackableMotion causes the Trackable to enter a fence.

This parameter may be provided with the following endpoints:

POST /trackables

and

PUT /trackables/{trackableId}

This option can also be enabled via a checkbox in the DeepHub UI by navigating to Trackables and editing the Trackable.
